Every item you order is printed only when you order it, which is much more sustainable in the long run as it cuts down on waste. We hope you love all your orders, but completely understand there may be times when you need to return something to us.<\/p><p>For questions about specific orders or more detailed information, please check the link below. For any questions not related to orders, you can write to info(at)<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/artbouti.com\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>artbouti.com<\/u><\/a><\/p><h3><strong>Returns\/Exchanges<\/strong><\/h3><p>You can\u00a0easily cancel your order using your order number at this <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/artbouti.com\/help\/how-do-i-return-my-order\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>link<\/u><\/a> or return your products (using the same link) for free up <u>until 28 days after dispatch to you<\/u>. <strong>As postage times vary depending on where you are, allow at least 14 days for delivery back<\/strong>. Items may be exchanged for a different colour or size of the same product, if exchanges are available on the return form. But, unless they are defective,\u00a0<strong>we cannot accept returns of custom products (i.e. something created by you\/with your design), sample orders<\/strong>, or any products that have been\u00a0<strong>washed<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>worn<\/strong>. Items you return should be clean, free from marks, and in a resellable condition. They should be free from signs of wear, such as pet hair, strong scents like perfume, or any other damage.<\/p><p>Make sure to submit each item you want to cancel, return or exchange in the online return form linked above. After return, allow up to 14 working days for your returns to arrive back to our factory, but we process your requests the same day they arrive.<\/p><p><strong>When will I receive my refund\/exchange? <\/strong>We process returns\/exchanges the same day they arrive back with us. Exchange orders are automatically added to the factory queue and fulfilled and dispatched as normal. Refunds are usually appear within 48 hours, but can take 5-10 working days to appear on your statements.<\/p><p><strong><u>UK Returns: <\/u><\/strong>For UK orders we offer a Freepost address which you should receive in your returns label when you complete the online returns form. This means UK orders are free to return and you shouldn't need to pay any postage.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><u>EU\/Rest of the World Returns: <\/u><\/strong>Once you've completed the online returns form, received your returns label and have packaged up your items, you'll need to pay to post your parcel back to us.\u00a0The cost of returning a parcel from outside the UK will vary by country.\u00a0Make sure you request and keep a proof of postage receipt.<\/p><h3><strong>Exchanges FAQ<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>Can I exchange an item for a different item? <\/strong>We can only exchange like-for-like designs, for the same product in a different size or colour option shown on the returns form. If you'd prefer a different design or product style, we recommend sending your item back for a refund and placing a new order in the meantime.<\/p><p><strong>What if my exchange request is out of stock? <\/strong>If the colour\/size in your exchange request is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer alternative exchange options. Where none are available, we will notify you of a refund on the item.<\/p><p><strong>Will I be charged for the exchange order? <\/strong>We operate a free exchange policy and so you will not be charged.\u00a0<\/p><p>Please note, all orders destined for the EU are customs-free up to a value of \u20ac150. When ordering products for delivery outside of the UK, depending on the destination, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the products reach the specified delivery location. Any additional charges for customs and\/or import clearance and other handling charges must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges.<\/p><p><strong>Will any import duties be refunded? <\/strong>We're unable to refund any import duties paid on the original parcel.<\/p><p><strong>Can I return items from different orders together in one parcel? <\/strong>Yes you can, but you must complete the online returns form for the items in each different order number and make sure to include all of the Customer Returns Label Reference Numbers on a note within the parcel, so that our returns team can process your requests.<\/p><h3><strong>More Questions?<\/strong><\/h3><p>If you have more questions, you will find answers to commonly asked questions in the same linked page (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/artbouti.com\/help\/how-do-i-return-my-order\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>link<\/u><\/a><u>)<\/u>.
